KS2 SATS - Top of the Class! (2018)
Wakefield Express and Yorkshire Post Feature ‘Top of the Class’
Please be aware that our school is once again to be featured in both the Friday 27th January’s editions of The Wakefield Express and the Yorkshire Post. The feature is called 'Top of the Class' and includes the top performing schools in the region. Horbury St Peter’s and Clifton CE (VC) School is included once again this year as we have been recognised as one of the highest attaining schools, not only in the Wakefield district, but also in the county according to recently released data from the DfE.
The data is based on information published in the Key Stage 2 Performance Tables which can be accessed at https://www.compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk. Further detailed information can also be found by accessing a report on the school website entitled ‘Overall Performance Summary’ published by Arbor Education Partners.
We are obviously very proud to be included in the ‘Top of the Class’ feature and trust all associated with the school are equally as delighted to celebrate the children’s achievements, the dedication and hard work of the staff, as well as the support of parents and governors in making this possible.
