After School Club Leader working hours are 2pm - 6pm

Sessions 

Our After School Club is open every school day until 6pm, we offer flexibility with 3 sessions:-

Early (3.15/3.25pm - 4.30pm) - £5.50,

Late (4.30pm - 6.00pm) - £7.00, 

Full (3.15/3.25pm - 6.00pm) - £12.50

The late session is aimed at children who have attended our enrichment clubs straight after school. These children will then be taken by our staff to the After-School club.

To collect your child from After School Club, please ring the bell in Reception and a member of staff will come down to attend.

Food Menu

Children attending the late session or the full session will be given a small meal on a rolling two-week menu. Our food is served between 4.30pm - 5pm, so if you are collecting during that time be prepared to wait as they will still be eating. 

How to Book

Our system for booking and paying for sessions is called MagicBooking. Parents must complete the necessary registration details before their children can attend the club. Below is the user guide which guides you through the process of setting up your account and making bookings. If you would prefer a paper copy, please call in to the school office :-

Once booked, if a child does not attend for any reason, you will still be charged for this place unless you gives us 24 hours’ notice of cancellation using MagicBooking. 

We will accept temporary or occasional bookings as long as there are places available and you have completed all the registration information online. If a temporary place has been booked and is no longer required, the club must be given 24 hours’ notice. If notice is not given, the place will still be charged for. 

Please note, it is the users responsibility to keep their childs details, contact information and payments up to date. 

We operate a collection password system, so please ensure if it is your first time collecting or you are sending someone new to collect your child that they have the correct password. If not, they will be asked for I.D which will be matched to the list of collectors on the account. If this cannot be done then we will contact the main contact on the account and will not release the child until the proper authorisation is given. If this happens please be prepared to wait.
