After School Club (Butterflies)
Meet Our Wonderful After School Club Staff.
Please use MagicBooking to register and book your place.
24 hours notice is needed to make or cancel a booking.

After School Club Leader working hours are 2pm - 6pm
Sessions
Our After School Club is open every school day until 6pm, we offer flexibility with 3 sessions:-
Early (3.20pm - 4.30pm) - £5.50,
Late (4.30pm - 6.00pm) - £7.00,
Full (3.20pm - 6.00pm) - £12.50
The late session is aimed at children who have attended our enrichment clubs straight after school. They can then go onto the After School Club.
To collect your child from After School Club, please ring the bell in Reception. If we can identify you on our security camera then we will bring your child down to you. Please be patient.
Food Menu
Children attending the late session or the full session will be given a small meal on a rolling two-week menu. Our food is served between 4.30pm - 5pm, so if you are collecting during that time be prepared to wait as they will still be eating.
Week 1
Monday: Mini Cheese & Tomato Pizzas.
Fromage Frais Pot or Fresh Fruit.
Tuesday: Beans & Cheese on Toast.
Jelly Pot.
Wednesday: A choice of sandwiches (served on bread rolls). Filling choices: Cheese, Chicken, Tuna.
Choc Ices.
Thursday: Wholemeal Pasta with a Tomato & Basil Sauce & Garlic Bread.
Fromage Frais Pots or Fruit.
Friday: Crumpets or Toast (with an option to add grated cheese).
Fromage Frais Pots or Fresh Fruit.
Week 2
Monday: Spaghetti & Cheese on Toast.
Fromage Frais Pots or Fresh Fruit.
Tuesday: Tomato Soup & Bread Roll (with an option to add croutons or grated cheese).
Mini Custard Pots.
Wednesday: Breaded Fish Fingers in Wholemeal Wraps.
Choc Ices.
Thursday: Hot Dogs.
Fromage Frais Pots or Fresh Fruit.
Friday: Toasted Bagels & Cream Cheese.
Fromage Frais Pots or Fresh Fruit.
- Menu items may be swapped or changed with no notice based on availability.
- Fresh water is always available.
- One cup of Semi Skimmed Milk will be offered at meal times.
- Each day one fruit and one vegetable will be served from the following: Tinned Sweetcorn, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Apples, Bananas, Satsumas, Raisins & Pears.
- Snacks of either Strawberry & Apple Fruit Splits, Fresh Fruit, Cream Crackers, Cheeky Monkey Potato Snack Bag or Yoghurt Coated Raisins will be available to all children on arrival.
Please ensure any dietary & medical needs are declared on your Magic Booking account. Should your child have a particular dietary requirement that would not be met by our menu please contact Dawn Rhodes (After School Club Leader) before booking each time so appropriate food can be ordered accordingly.
It may not always be possible to accomodate a child if they do not like what is on our menu but we will try our best.
How to Book
Our system for booking and paying for sessions is called MagicBooking. Parents must complete the necessary registration details before their children can attend the club. Below is the user guide which guides you through the process of setting up your account and making bookings. If you would prefer a paper copy, please call in to the school office :-
Use of Childcare vouchers for payment
Once booked, if a child does not attend for any reason, you will still be charged for this place unless you gives us 24 hours’ notice of cancellation using MagicBooking.
We will accept temporary or occasional bookings as long as there are places available and you have completed all the registration information online. If a temporary place has been booked and is no longer required, the club must be given 24 hours’ notice. If notice is not given, the place will still be charged for.
Please note, it is the users responsibility to keep their childs details, contact information and payments up to date.
We operate a collection password system, so please ensure if it is your first time collecting or you are sending someone new to collect your child that they have the correct password. If not, they will be asked for I.D which will be matched to the list of collectors on the account. If this cannot be done then we will contact the main contact on the account and will not release the child until the proper authorisation is given. If this happens please be prepared to wait.
