School Teams
Every child in our school is part of a team :-
- EARTH (green)
- FIRE (red)
- AIR (yellow)
- WATER (blue)
Children are awarded team points for positive behaviour, excellent effort or work produced throughout the school day. These results are announced every week in Friday’s assembly.
Our Year 6 children take on the role of team captains and vice captains. This is an important job, that the children really aspire towards. Every week in Friday’s assembly the winning team captains are presented with the trophy.
Team Captain Roles
As a team captain, it is our role to :-
- Shows visitors around school
- Organise and arrange visits
- Help and assist on stalls at the school Fair
- Set an example to other children in school
- Act as role models for the younger children
- Encourage our team in achieving team points and at sporting events.
Vice Captain Roles
As a vice captain, it is our role to :-
- Support the team captains when organising events
- Set an example to other children in school
- Act as role models for the younger children.
